Taking action in the Labour Party

Whether you’re new to the Party or a long-standing member, there are countless ways to take action in the Labour Party and help shape our movement. A good place to start is Labour Learn which offers a range of short, accessible courses – from getting involved in your Constituency Labour Party (CLP) to standing as a council candidate.

You might also want to get more actively involved within your union. We recommend joining Filia’s Trade Union Women’s Network – a growing feminist force fighting for power in our workplaces and across the trade union movement.

There are many other impactful ways to take action such as supporting our candidates in internal Labour ballots, responding to National Policy Forum or helping to establish a women’s branch in your local party.
